Ideas for leftover turkey meat?

I am looking for some creative ideas for using leftover turkey meat. Thank you for your thoughts and suggestions.

Personally, I interchange turkey with chicken in recipes and the flavor is pretty close. Here are some ideas for you - simply substitute turkey meat for chicken in the recipes. On some recipes, since your turkey is already cooked, then crockpot time will be less since you won't have to wait for the turkey to cook in the recipe. Hope this helps you!

How about a quiche with turkey in it? You can add any kind of vegetables you like, maybe some cheese, maybe mushrooms and of course eggs. Anybody can be as creative as they like with a quiche and its easy to make and cheap.
