Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Stew meat
  • 1 Medium yellow onion
  • 1 (8) Ounce package fresh, sliced portabella mushrooms
  • 2 Cans beefy mushroom soup
  • 1 Cup Marsala wine
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
Directions
  1. Step One
    Coat meat in flour and sear in a pan, using butter, then place meat directly into crock pot.
  2. Step Two
    Combine soup and Marsala wine in same pan and reduce for 5 minutes.
  3. Step Three
    Cook for about 6 hrs. or until meat is tender. Serve with warm cooked wide egg noodles.
