Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Stew meat
- 1 Medium yellow onion
- 1 (8) Ounce package fresh, sliced portabella mushrooms
- 2 Cans beefy mushroom soup
- 1 Cup Marsala wine
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- Step One
Coat meat in flour and sear in a pan, using butter, then place meat directly into crock pot. - Step Two
Combine soup and Marsala wine in same pan and reduce for 5 minutes. - Step Three
Cook for about 6 hrs. or until meat is tender. Serve with warm cooked wide egg noodles.
