Ingredients
- 2-3 lb slab of pork baby back ribs
- 4 c apple juice
- 2 T Greek seasoning
- 2 T liquid smoke
- 2 T dried minced onion
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T cold water
- Cut ribs into 3-4 ribs sections, place aside
- Mix together apple juice, Greek seasoning, liquid smoke and dried minced onion in large slow cooker
- Place ribs in mixture
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 1-2 additional hours
- When ribs are tender, take 2 cups of liquid from the slow cooker and pour into a small saucepan
- Bring liquid to a boil over medium-high heat
- While liquid is coming to a boil, whisk together cornstarch and water
- Pour cornstarch mixture into boiling liquid, stirring constantly until liquid thickens into a gravy
- Serve ribs with gravy
