Shredded Chicken Tacos Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

1 -1.5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast
1 jar of your favorite salsa
8oz of Enchilada sauce

Directions

Place all the ingredients into your crock pot and let simmer on low for 7-8 hours until they are cooked through. When finished take the breasts out of the pot and shred with 2 forks. After shredding place back into the crock pot until you are ready to assemble your tacos.
