Red and White Bean Crockpot Turkey Chili Recipe

1/2 lb. dried navy beans, rinsed
1/2 lb. dried red beans, rinsed
10 oz. can of RoTel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1-1/2 lbs. ground turkey, browned and drained
1 medium white onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
3 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp Zatarain’s Dehydrated Sweet Bell Peppers
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker/crockpot. Set on high for 5 hours. To thicken, remove cover for last hour to release moisture.
