    Hi everyone! I bought a fancy crockpot last year and I've only used it a few times. Every time I did though the meals were delicious and so easy to prepare so I'd like to get back to using it more frequently. I'm really interested in make ahead meals that I can prepare in bags, freeze, and then just pop them into the crockpot and cook slow and low until I get home to eat so if anyone does that please let me know! :)
    A little about me I'm from Upstate NY. I live alone in an apartment in my parent's house. I don't actually have a kitchen but I have a lot of kitchen appliances: mini-fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, Kuerig, and my crockpot. I do have access to my parent's kitchen if I need their freezer though. I have one dog and my wonderful BF loves when I cook for him.
    I look forward to talking crockpots with all of you!

    With just a hot plate and toaster oven it sounds like you need to browse our growing little recipes section and get busy learning more crock pot meals! :)
