Hello fellow Crock pot enthusiasts! I'm just a foodie living in NYC who loves to cook but usually doesn't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. Thankfully my trusty Crock pot comes in handy when I want to cook something all day without having to actually be there. I'm here to share some of my favorite recipes as well as pick up some new ones. I'm very much a carnivore so most of my recipes will consist of slow-braising large haunches of meat, but I'm always game to try new things.
