Gluten Free Bread in the Crock Pot

Ingredients:
1 lb. gluten-free dough
Directions:
Form the dough into a ball.
Place the loaf on a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle the top with caraway seeds.
Place loaf in crock pot, turn the temperature to high and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before slicing.
 
I have never thought about bread in the crock pot either! I will assume you could do regular bread dough as well! I may have to give it a try and let you all know how it turns out!
