Garlic is suppose to be a natural decongestant that will unblock your sinuses. Chicken soup with garlic in it should make you feel better if you have a cold or sinus infection. Does this work or is it an old wives tale? I tried it before and it does seem to make you feel a bit better.

I use garlic all the time while making my crockpot soups. It always lowers blood pressure by thinning the blood. so be careful.
