Fall Crockpot Recipes: Pork and Apples (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs pork chops

3 sliced apples

1 yellow onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp spicy mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place the pork chops at the bottom of your crock pot. Cover with remaining ingredients, place the top on and cook on low for about 6 hours.
