Does anyone know how to pickle beets?

    My mom gave me a bunch of beets. I would like to try to pickle them. I trust this forum as oppose to some random website. Thanks in advance.

    I have not personally pickled beets as of yet. Here is a resource I found which keeps sodium down while pickling.

    My parents would keep the juice from the pickled beets and put a hard boiled egg in it. It gives the egg a nice flavor and turns it reddish pink just in time for Easter eggs.

    I followed the instructions as per the video and the pickled beets came out nice. Thanks again Barbara.
