Ingredients:
3-4 lb. boneless pork butt
1 jar salsa verde
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. green chiles
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Chop the garlic and the onion.
2. Place the pork butt in the crock pot and season with salt and pepper to taste .
3. Place the chopped garlic and onion on top of the pork.
4. In a bowl, mix together the salsa verde, chili powder, cumin, and green chiles.
5. Pour the verde sauce over the pork and vegetables.
6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
7. Shred the pork and serve.
