3 Chicken Breasts
1 cup Red Wine
2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
1/2 Lemon (sliced thinly)
2 Tablespoons Minced Parsley
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Place ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for approximately six hours.
Note: The above ingredients can also be placed in a freezer bag and used as a freezer crockpot meal.
