Crockpot Corned Beef & Cabbage: Beef Recipes, Healthy Recipes

I was glad to see this recipe mainly because I like to make my corned beef in the crock pot. The cooking time seems very long although I usually leave mine in overnight as well. While I like my corned beef to fall apart in the crockpot many people do not like it to fall apart and want to slice it instead. Does anybody else make it in the crockpot and if so, how long do you cook it?
This is one recipe I will be making in the near future. A friend of mine loves corned beef, but I have not really eaten too much of it in the past. So, I am anxious to try it and will probably cook it long and slow because I like how it makes the meat fall apart.
