Crockpot Beef Stew Recipe (Slow Cooker Freezer Meals)

Ingredients:

3 cups carrots, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
4 cups potatoes, chopped
1.5 cups onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 bay leaf
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
2 pounds stew meat, cubed
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14 ounces) beef broth
salt to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-10 hours. Remove bay leaf. Serve.

Ingredients can also be placed in freezer bag to be cooked at a later time.
