1- 1 1/4 lb beef tips
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb mushrooms
1 can beef broth
2 t. ketchup
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. red wine vinegar
3 T. flour

cooked, buttered egg noodles

Dredge the beef in flour and put in the crock pot. Add the mushrooms and onions. Reserving 1/3 c. of beef broth, mix the rest with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Cook on low 6 hours or until beef is cooked. Mix 3 T. flour with reserved beef broth. Stir into Crock Pot. Cook for another 20-30 minutes until gravy is thickened.
