Crock Pot Recipes: Winter Squash (How to Make Any Squash in Crockpot)

You can always eliminate the onions from a crock pot recipe unless they are the main ingredient in the dish. Everyone has their own tastes and what is nice about recipes are you can adjust them to your tastes.

One hour on high is equal to about two to two and one-half hours on low.

So, if the recipe is for low eight hours, then high would be about three to four hours depending on how your crockpot cooks. Some crockpots cook hotter than others.

Also, it depends on how much squash you are putting into your crockpot and how big your crockpot is.

Hope this helps.
