Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can pineapple slices (reserve ¼ cup of juice)
1/3 cup cashews
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
Turn the crock pot on low for for 6-8 hours. 30 minutes prior to serving turn up to medium or high.
