CROCK POT PARMESAN SCALLOPED POTATOES

Ingredients:
5 to 6 red potatoes, sliced (about 5 cups sliced)
6 slices turkey bacon or other smoked meat
3 ounces freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Layer all ingredients in lightly buttered 3 1/2-quart Crock Pot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
