Crock Pot Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients:
  • 5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices (peeled or unpeeled, whichever you prefer)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    Directions:
    1. Mix potatoes and onion in crock pot; mix remaining ingredients except bacon; pour into crock pot.
    2. Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hrs or until potatoes are tender.
    3. Stir in bacon.
