Ingredients:
- 5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices (peeled or unpeeled, whichever you prefer)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions:- Mix potatoes and onion in crock pot; mix remaining ingredients except bacon; pour into crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hrs or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in bacon.
