This is very helpful. Thanks for posting it. I have not ever seen anything about this before, now we wont have to take a guess anymore. Has anybody ever had their food fall apart too much in the crockpot or just disintegrate because it cooked too long? It has happened to me before through my own fault of not checking on it enough.

Yes, it could be printed out and even laminated to keep it in good condition if needed! Great share!

Oh! Laminated! I hadn't thought of it. My mother-in-law has one of those desktop laminaters. I think I will do this and then apply those peel and stick magnet strips to the back. I can make a few and give them to friends, too!
