Chicken and noodles recipe for the slow cooker

I don't make this that often because,of the past I am cutting down on. I love this so much though. I get a big can of campbell's cream of chicken soup,a package off any noodles not to thick I have used elbows and egg noodles. I take the chicken wash it good and place it in the pot cover it with water,seasoning with seasoning salt,garlic powder not much and accent. then I pour in the canned soup. that is then cooked on high till the meat falls apart. then I take the plug out the wall remove the lid and add the noodles. when the pot is warm it's amazing the noodles are done and not over cooked.


I might try this in a few days since it's cold out side.
 
How long does it generally take for the meat to start falling apart? How long do you cook it? :)
