Balsamic Roast Beef Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients

1 3-4 lb. boneless roast beef
1 C beef broth
1/2 C balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, chopped

Instructions

Place roast in crock pot. Mix together remaining ingredients.

Pour over roast.

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

Remove roast from cooker and shred with a fork. Place in serving dish.

Pour 1/2 C of juice over roast.
