Whole Foods Crock Pot Recipes: Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Lime and Green Chilies

3-4 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1 - 7 oz can green chilies
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
sea salt to taste (Celtic, Himalayan)
2 to 2 1/2 lb pot roast

Put all ingredients except the roast into the slow cooker. Mix thoroughly. Add the roast and spoon seasoning and onions over the top. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
