    The New Year brings new possibilities when it comes to our health. Many try to get into shape and lose weight. For some of us, it is a time to review where our health has been and where we would like it to be in the year to come.

    So, what is your number one health priority for 2015?

    I am working on eating better. The Dr. Oz show has inspired me to cut out a lot of the crap I always eat and try to eat more protein and less carbs.

    I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes so eating better is definitely on my top priority list for 2015! Thanks for sharing!

    working on my lifestyle change which includes eating healthier, exercising consistently, and spiritual wellness.

    Yes, it is getting better. It actually runs in the family and working with my children to understand/prevent problems in their health, too.
