What are your thoughts about the caffiene in dietary supplements?

    Caffeine is showing up in so many places in our world. I never really thought about them being in our dietary supplements. I don't like to take supplements too much, but when I do I like to know what is in them. I was reading an article today about caffeine being in many products. The bad thing is that some labels do not show ingredients like they should.
