It is ideal to have an extra crockpot that is used just for this craft purpose.

Melt Bees Wax in a crockpot, and dip newspaper clippings, pages from an old book or a music score into it to preserve them for saving, scrapbooking or craft projects.

Use a tweezers or two, depending on the size, to dip the entire page into the melted beeswax, then lift it out of the wax and let the excess wax drip off until it stops dripping. Each page should be almost dry by the time you place it onto a waxed paper liner.

The wax covering will be thin and give the paper a yellowish color - but, you will still be able to read the writing. It is also ideal for paper punching craft projects and/or pendants for DIY jewelry creations.

You can even use beeswax-dipped paper like fabric to SEW with it! :)
