One think our family loves to make and it is quick and easy. Usually, the roast will make juice of its own and there is no need to add water. If you are using a lean piece of meat, it may be needed to add a small amount of water to the crockpot.
Four pounds of beef roast
One package of onion soup mix
Recipe Preparation:
Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of roast. Cover and cook on low for approximately eight hours. Serve with side dish of choice. This makes the house smell delicious and wonderful!
