Leftover Ham Crockpot Recipes: Ham & Potato Au Gratin

6 medium potatoes
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
2 cups milk
1/4 cup copped onion
1/4 cup white unbleached flour
1 tbsp dehydrated parsley flakes
1 tsp black pepper or to taste

Wash and thinly slice potatoes with skin on. Cube ham. Grate cheddar cheese. Measure milk, add flour, onions, parsley, and pepper and whisk together. Layer 1/4 of the potatoes, ham, and cheddar, and pour 1/4 of re-whisked milk mixture over. Then repeat three more time until all ingredients are in the crock pot. Turn crock pot to low and let cook for 8 hours.
