Four Ingredient Crockpot Beef Dip Sandwiches Recipe
- (1) 3-4 lb beef blade roast
- Place the beef broth and soup mix into a large crockpot, stir until combined.
- Place the beef roast into the liquid.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Remove the roast from the crockpot and slice into thin slices.
- Ladle the remaining liquid into bowls large enough for dipping.
- Top with cheese, onions, mushrooms or just eat them plain like we do!
