Four Ingredient Crockpot Beef Dip Sandwiches Recipe

  • 4 cups of beef broth
  • 1 tbsp onion soup mix
  • (1) 3-4 lb beef blade roast
  • 4-6 crusty buns

  1. Place the beef broth and soup mix into a large crockpot, stir until combined.
  2. Place the beef roast into the liquid.
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  4. Remove the roast from the crockpot and slice into thin slices.
  5. Ladle the remaining liquid into bowls large enough for dipping.
  6. Top with cheese, onions, mushrooms or just eat them plain like we do!
