Ingredients:

2 pounds beef stew meat
4 to 6 baking potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup carrots or baby carrots, chopped
1 cup frozen peas, carrots, corn, mushrooms, celery mixture, according to preference
1 cup black olives
2 cups water
1 cup red wine
1 beef stew seasoning mix package

Directions:

Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot® slow cooker and mix together.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
