Crockpot Pork Recipes: Orange Mustard Pork Roast

Boneless pork roast (about 2 lbs)
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon of spicy brown mustard


Pour the last 4 ingredients into a bowl and mix them well. Pour it over the roast in the crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hrs.
 
I would add vinegar of some type to cut the sweetness and Soy Sauce for saltiness. I am going to try it. Then soak up the juices in cooked brown rice unless that could cook in it?
