Ingredients
  • 1 lb. frozen cooked meatballs
  • 3 (14 oz.) cans ready to serve beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen baby lima beans
  • 16 oz. bag baby carrots
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb. red potatoes, cubed
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 15 oz. pkg. frozen corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes
  • Cook Time: 540 minutes
  • Total Time: 565 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 8
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a 4-6 quart crockpot (leave frozen foods frozen), cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours, until stew is blended and all vegetables are tender.
