Ingredients

3 serving(s) Market Pantry Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup(s) low-fat canned cream of chicken soup made with fat-free milk
1 cup(s) fat-free packaged croutons
3 tsp McCormick Season-All Seasoned Salt
1 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Vegetable Oil Spread, 31%

Instructions

mix flour, season salt and pepper in a zip lock bag. Place chicken in bag with flour and mix to coat. once coated, melt tablespoon of butter in pan and brown each side of chicken breast. Once finished brownind, place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Pour soup over chicken and sprinkle fat free croutons on top. Cook on high for 4 hours or until chicken is fully cooked.
