1 cup long-grain brown rice
2 (11-oz) boxes unsweetened coconut water
2 ¼ cups unsweetened almond coconut milk
2 bananas, sliced
¼ cup brown sugar

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Add ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours.
