Crockpot Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp ground red pepper
  • 3 to 3½ pounds well-trimmed pork baby back ribs
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbs packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Coat crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Combine paprika, salt, thyme, black pepper and red pepper: rub the mixture on the meaty sides of the ribs.
  3. Place ribs in the crockpot, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3½ hours.
  4. Combine ketchup, sugar, worcestershire and soy sauce, mix well.
  5. Remove ribs from crockpot and discard the leftover liquid. Coat your ribs with the sauce, and return them to the crockpot, cook on high for 30 minutes until glazed.
