Ingredients
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp ground red pepper
- 3 to 3½ pounds well-trimmed pork baby back ribs
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbs packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- Coat crockpot with cooking spray.
- Combine paprika, salt, thyme, black pepper and red pepper: rub the mixture on the meaty sides of the ribs.
- Place ribs in the crockpot, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3½ hours.
- Combine ketchup, sugar, worcestershire and soy sauce, mix well.
- Remove ribs from crockpot and discard the leftover liquid. Coat your ribs with the sauce, and return them to the crockpot, cook on high for 30 minutes until glazed.
