Crock Pot Ginger Lime Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 6-9 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups Bragg Liquid Aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger – or 1 tablespoon ground ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 cups water
Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cook in crockpot for 8 hours on low.
