1 cup chopped hazelnuts (or any nuts you prefer)
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 pounds dark chocolate candy melts
3/4 cups Nutella or peanut butter (optional)
1 cup sunflower seeds (or butter nut crunch, granola, etc.)

Directions:
- Spray a 4-quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
- Place a thin layer of chopped nuts on the bottom of crock pot. This helps prevent scorching.
- Place a layer of semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of the nuts.
- Place a layer of dark chocolate candy melts on top of the chocolate chips.
- Cook on low 3 hours.
- Stir in Nutella or peanut butter.
- Dropped by heaping tablespoon sized portions into liners (mini-muffin pan).
- Use a spoon to work into rounded balls as the chocolate cools.
- Generously sprinkle with sunflower seeds, butter nut crunch, granola, or other toppings of your choice.
