Crock pot chicken chili recipe

Place all but the last 2 ingredients in your crock pot. Then place the uncooked chicken breast on top. Cover the pot and cook on low for 6 hours. If you're a little short on time or uncertain when guests will arrive you c an safely cook it on high for 4 hours. Stir occasionally.

About a half hour before serving, use two utensils to pull the chicken breasts apart and continue cooking. Finally, top with fresh cilantro or whatever other desired toppings and enjoy.

1 16 oz. can black beans, drained
1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium +onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 1/4 cups of frozen +Corn kernels
1 8 oz. can tomato +Sauce
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried +Oregano
1 teaspoon. +Kosher+Salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, uncooked
1/4 cup chopped +Fresh+Cilantro
