Beef Teriyaki With Pineapple Crockpot Recipe (Slow Cooker Freezer Meal)

20 ounces pineapple chunks, undrained
1.25 cups red onion, diced
1.5 cups broccoli, chopped
2.5 pounds beef stew meat
0.75 cups teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoons ground ginger
1 cups green bell pepper, sliced
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low 7 hours.

These ingredients can also be placed in freezer bag as a freezer meal to cook at a later date.
