2-3 lbs beef roast (no need to cut up)
3-4 cups of water (depending on size of crock pot and roast)
    2 tbs of butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    3-4 beef bullion cubes

Put in crock pot and let cook for about 5 hours. ( I usually put in the night before and let cook all night) Beef will shred easy when done.

    Shred the beef.
Add one bag of egg noodles - let cook another 30 - 45 minutes or until noodles are done.
(or you can pre-cook them and add them to the beef. This way the meal will be done once the noodles are added).

Delicious Beef and Noodles and no mess.

This sounds great and really easy!! My kids and husband are so picky, but this is something I think everyone would enjoy. I have cooked a roast in my crockpot several times but I can never get to shred like I want. I think I will give this one a try and see what happens. Thanks for sharing!

Sounds super yummy. Be sure to snap some pics next time you make it!

Do you have any particular order you put the ingredients in? (for example with most recipes that contain potatoes it's a good idea to put them in first).

Do the ingredients make a gravy? I'm just curious. This sounds like a great idea! We love beef and noodles.
