Ingredients
- 4-6 pheasant breasts or 3-4 chicken breasts
- 8 oz. jar of apricot jelly
- 1-2 c. of Western dressing
- onion powder to taste or a pkg. of dry onion soup mix
- Place all the ingredients in a crockpot. Cook at a low setting for about 6 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice and steamed vegetables.
