Apricot Pheasant Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4-6 pheasant breasts or 3-4 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz. jar of apricot jelly
  • 1-2 c. of Western dressing
  • onion powder to taste or a pkg. of dry onion soup mix
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a crockpot. Cook at a low setting for about 6 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice and steamed vegetables.
