Stick to fruits, vegetables and white meat like chicken and fish. They are always healthy alternatives. Never go to fast foods. Erase that from your diet from now on.

i have never thought to try oatmeal from a crock pot! I suppose it would be great with the oldschool irish oats that take forever to cook! One thing i would add is a little salted butter and brown sugar. The butter gives it that "comfort food" sort of flare!
