I try to use less sugar in recipes which I think helps some. I also have been working to steer the kids away from sugary foods and the like.

Even if you get small amounts of exercise at different times of the day, it is helpful and one gains some benefit.

My grandparents always used real ones which has their benefits, but I am simple in life and like to use artificial.

I love caramelized onions but never really thought about serving them with salmon, which I enjoy from time to time.
